General Information of Project Undertaker:
Luxi county has long history and rich cultural resources. It was on the peak during the Tang, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasty.
Luxi county is located in the south east of Yunnan Province, which is 166 kilometers from the capital city Kunming. There is sufficient power supply, the under-construction 210000 kw Yunpeng Power Station will be completed in 2007.
Information of the Project:
There are rich coal resources, with proved 160 million tons of reserves, future reserves will amount to 70.2 billion tons, and most of them are coking coals. The project plans to set up a coke-oven plant with annual capacity of 600000 tons in Luxi County, Sanhe Town, by adopting stamp charged coking technique and recycling tar, benzene and mascagnine and using the rest gas to generate power with 2X3000kw electric generating set.

1. Transportation: convenient.
2. Water and Power Supply: Luxi County has rich and clean water resource. It has 7 power stations, with annual generated electrical energy of 200 million kw, which can meet people’s demands from both work and life.
3. Labour force: abundant .
Investment Environment:
