Huang-Qu-Nan Expressway (Zhejiang part) is an important part of national expressway net of Beijing to Taibei expressway. Total length is 160 km. It is planed according to four driveways expressway standard and separated for Huang-Qu part and Qu-Nan part by Hu-Rui line. Total investment is RMB 9.1 billion yuan. |

(1) The Yellow Mountain (Huangshan) to Quzhou part: Financial internal rate of return is 4.25%, greater than financial standard discount rate 3.27%. Recovery period of investment is 19 years, smaller than operational period (general operational period of expressway is 25 years). (2) Quzhou to Nanping part: Financial internal rate of return is 6.41%, greater than financial standard discount rate 3.27%. Recovery period of investment is 16.4 years. |

Huang-Qu-Nan Expressway was conducted in October, 2005. The Qu-Nan Section will be completed and put into use by the end of 2008, and Huang-Qu Section shall be finished and put into use by the end of 2011. |
