Sangzhi County is located at the northwest part of Hunan, with huge difference in landform and obvious mountain grade climate. Because the warm and cold air frequently and severely fight here and impacted by the landform, the wind energy is very rich, especially, in Nantan Pasture above sea level over 1200m backed by great valley. In the process of air movement, wind force is increase by dynamic lifting while penetrating this land. So wind energy resource development enjoys great potential. For accelerating wind energy development, the county department plans to introduce fund to evaluate Nantan wind energy resource, then select suitable place to build the wind power station. |
