I. Outbound contract projects
In the first two months of 2008, the business volume of China’s outbound contract projects amounted to US$6.34 billion, up by30.7% year on year; the newly signed contractual value reached US$14.11 billion, up by 99.6% year on year.
By the end of February, the completed accumulative sales volume of China's international project contracting had amounted to US$212.77 billion, and the signed contract value had reached US$343.64 billion.
II. Foreign cooperation of labor service
In the first two months of 2008, the completed sales value of China’s foreign cooperation of labor service amounted to US$1.065 billion, up by 38% year on year. The newly signed contractual value reached US$1.295 billion with a year-on-year increase of 86.1%. The number of personnel dispatched for outbound labor service reached 43,300, 3, 800 more than that in the same period of 2007 and 738, 700 in total by the end of February, 66, 700 more than that in the same period of the previous year.
By the end of February, the completed accumulative sales volume of China’s foreign cooperation of labor service had amounted to US$48.81 billion, with US$53.59 billion contractual value, and 4,234,000 of labors had been dispatched outbound.
3, Foreign design consulting service
In the first two months of 2008, the completed sales value of China’s foreign design and consulting service amounted to US$44.15 million, up by 90.7%, and the newly signed contractual value reached US$139 million, up by 4.5 times year on year.
By the end of February, the completed accumulative business volume of China’s foreign design consulting service had amounted to US$2.267 billion, and the newly signed contractual value had reached US$3.912 billion.
