In accordance with requirements of Circular of General Office of State Council on Undertaking Work of Sorting out Administrative Rules (No.12, 2007) and Circular of Legislative Affairs of the State Council on Issues Concerning to Work of Sorting out Administrative Rules (No.20, 2007), Ministry of Commerce thoroughly sorted out the rules within the limit of the functions and responsibilities. The Catalogue of Prevailing Valid and Effective Regulations of the Ministry of Commerce is now released.
