On May 26, Deputy Minister Mr. Jiang Yaoping were present at the signing ceremony of China-Namibia economic and technological cooperation agreement and the exchange of notes in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. Deputy Minister Jiang signed, on behalf of MOFCOM, the China-Namibia economic and technical cooperation agreement and the exchange of notes on projects of youth training center and agricultural irrigation together with Mr. Peter Katjavivi, Director of National Planning Commission of Namibia. Other relevant officials from Namibia’s National Planning Commission, Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Ministry of Agriculture were present at the ceremony. |
